Gentle Exercise and Meditation Class

 Friday Afternoons
 2.00pm at The Helm.

We have recently been running our first taster course of gentle exercise techniques and meditation along to music to ease tension, keep fit and to aid relaxation. It is a very enjoyable class and is along to music and guided by a tutor. A wonderful way to relax and unwind and also have a stretch and blow the cobwebs away.

  1. Really good news.I have to add something.Kripalu is known as the yoga of cognizance. This gentle, contemplative practice urges professionals to hold postures to investigate and discharge emotional and spiritual blockages. Objective situated striving is debilitated and exact arrangement is not as imperative as in some different traditions. There are three stages in Kripalu yoga.Stage One focuses on taking in the postures and investigating your bodies capacities.Stage Two includes holding the postures for a developed time, creating focus and internal mindfulness.Stage Three is similar to a meditation in movement in which the development starting with one carriage then onto the next emerges unknowingly and spontaneously.Thank you.
